General Terms

• - All above rates are quoted and paid in US Dollars, Net non commissionable.
• - All above rates are per cabin per night on full board basis, all inclusive of service charge & all taxes.
• - All above rates are including sightseeing as per our cruise itinerary joining to English speaking guide
• - All above rates are excluding any other extras on board.
• - In case of any increase on entrance fees or any change on governmental taxes or sales taxes, Farah Nile Cruise keeps the right to apply this increase without any prior notice.
• - All above rates are including free transportation from the airport to the cruise & Vise Versa
• - All above rates are including free usage of wireless internet, sauna, steam and gym.
• - Early booking more than 60 days will be guaranteed 10% Discount from the cabin rate.
• - All above suite rates are quoted per suite per night for a single or double occupancy.
• - No Triple Cabins are available on board
• - Check in starts with lunch and check out ends with breakfast.
• - In case of the boat being sold on a charter basis, after advised you by email, one month before the check in date, we are responsible to turn away the confirmed cabins on the same category ship for the same dates
• - Kindly be informed that it is a good habit in Egypt to leave tips for the services provided. Your guide will inform you about it at check-in. Feel free.
• - In case of the boat not sailing, after advising the Second party in written two weeks before the check in, the First Party has the responsibility to turn a way these cabins on the same category ship during the period.

Honeymooners

• - Will be upgraded to upper deck cabins according to availability & will receive our VIP3 amenities.

Check- in & Check- out

• - The customer has the right to enter the boat without make the check in the cabin but in time specified.
• - Check- in: not before 11:00 AM
• - Check- out: not after 08:00 AM

Children Policy

• - From 0 year till 3.99 years: Free of charge sharing parent’s cabins.
• - From 4 years till 11.99 years: Sharing parent’s cabins and will be charged as a half adult with a maximum of one child the cabin.
• - From 4 years till 11.99 years: 2 Childs can be accommodated in a cabin with single cabin rate.
• - Children from 12 years & over will be charged full fare.

Cancellation Policy

• - From 30 to 22 days prior to arrival, 25% from the cruise full rate will be charged as a cancellation fees.
• - From 21 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% from the cruise full rate will be charged as a cancellation fees.
• - From 14 days till day of check in, 100% from the cruise full rate will be charged as a cancellation fees.
• - No show on the day of check in, 100% from the cruise full rate will be charged as a cancellation fees.
